Mark Harvey has been building custom and luxury homes in Southern New Hampshire for over 30 years.  His latest development, Spruce Pond Estates in Windham NH was built under H&B Homes in conjunction with his prior two partners. Mark has an impressive skill set including concrete pouring, septic system installation, house framing, site work, and landscaping. Being a graduate of art school he has an eye for detail, and knows how to create a visually appealing product. He has built many custom homes, and developments in Windham NH including Hadley Woods, Granite Oaks, Carr Hill Rd, Nottingham Rd, Floral St, and Greenway Rd. 

David Harvey has been working in the construction industry for over 18 years. At age 14 he began working for the family business. Since then Dave has graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a B.S in business management, After school he worked in various areas of the construction industry providing him with surveying, civil engineering, site work, framing, and finish carpentry experience. He currently oversees day to day operations on all of DMH’s projects.
