The Conboy Residence

This was our first house build.  The best decision we made was to choose our general contractor:  DMH Development LLC (owned by the father and son team of Mark and David Harvey).  With over 50+ combined years in the industry, they guided us through the months’ long process to completion of our custom home.
     David Harvey was our main contact.  We could not be more pleased with his communication skills.  He answered every question (and we had many!), made wise recommendations, coordinated adeptly with their many subcontractors (all of whom were very experienced, professional, and competent), delivered good (and on occasion, bad) news in a timely manner, and obtained the Certificate of Occupancy on time to meet our deadline to move.
     When we noticed minor imperfections and brought any to David’s attention, they were resolved quickly.  Conversely, if he did not like something installed or completed by one of his subs, David would have it corrected either by the sub or by himself with the skilled assistance of his principal right hand man, Paul Marino.  This was the case even after we moved in.
     David was honest, fair, hardworking, likable, and trustworthy.  The quality of the custom house he and his team built was outstanding.  We highly recommend DMH Development LLC as a superior general contractor who takes pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of their finished product.
